You don’t have to know what you’re doing.

You don’t have to be a crazy yogi or a marathon runner.

You don’t have to be a size 2 or have flat abs.

You don’t have to look any sorta way.

Maybe you get side aches (I constantly do!). Maybe you jiggle when you run. (Yup!🙋🏼‍♀️Here too.) Maybe you break a sweat the second you start. (Oh ya...same here!) Truth is- It doesn’t matter.

I don’t exercise - I move.
And the second I realized that I physically move my body to mentally feel better, it’s been a game changer.
